Clinical Breakpoint Tables

Breakpoints are part of a system for categorizing microorganisms as: 

  • Susceptible (S)

  • Susceptible, increased exposure (I)

  • Resistant (R)

To antimicrobial agents approved for use in the treatment of infectious diseases. Information of the structure of the tables and how they are used are available here.
